" THE ANILINE DYESTUFFS AND CHEMICAL PRODUCTS PLANT. JOINT-STOCK COMPANY” |
| 1919 | Rebuilding from the damages caused by the 1st
World War started. "BORUTA" was purchased by "The Polish Chemical Industry.
Joint Stock Company" established on June, 1st,1920. |
| 1945 | Reconstruction from the next war damages began. |
| 1947 | "BORUTA" became a State-owned company. |
| 1.1.1949 | UNITED DYESTUFF INDUSTRY WORKS "BORUTA" -
STATE COMPANY IN ZGIERZ was established. |
| 1951 | "BORUTA" became a separate State company called
Chemical Works "BORUTA", soon changed to Dyestuff Industry Works "BORUTA". |
| 1.6.1992 | "BORUTA" became a property of the Treasury
and changed its name to Dyestuff Industry Works "BORUTA" S.A. |
| 1.1.1999 | D.I.W. "BORUTA" S.A. divided into four
companies. "BORUTA-KOLOR Sp. z o.o." (Ltd.) took possession of the whole
activity in the field of manufacturing dyestuffs, intermediates and
auxiliaries from the former "BORUTA" S.A. company |

purchased most of BORUTA-KOLOR Sp. z o.o. shares. |

purchased all BORUTA-KOLOR Sp. z o.o. shares and became the
